Service Description
Our Mobile Jail Notary Service is set up to help incarcerated individuals complete essential legal documents, such as Powers of Attorney and affidavits, while in custody. This booking includes 1 hour of time and 2 notarized signatures. Additional signature notarizations $15 *Bookings are only accepted for weekday mornings. Please note that additional charges listed below may be added to at the end of the booking based on what is needed to complete the booking. * Parking charges over $5 will be added to booking cost * Wait time fee $40 per hour. Wait time is not a guarantee of the booking but can be extended at the notary's discretion. **I am not an attorney; therefore, by law, I cannot explain, interpret, instruct, advise, or direct you on completing a document. By doing so, I would be engaging in the unauthorized practice of law. If the requester/signer has an essential question about the document, they should address it to either the issuing or receiving entity or an attorney.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact 24 hrs. in advance to receive a refund for the travel fee minus Square return fee. Expedited Service Fee: If you are booking an appointment within 6hrs of the scheduled meeting time there is an additional expedited service fee of $20. * Parking charges over $5 will be added to booking cost * Wait time fee is $40 per hour.
